Yes, as a matter of personal defense and protection, not to con. There are those who sell illusion and those are the conartists, not the mystics.

A good example to understand are the illusions created by magicians when you go to a circus. Some are just conartists, and then there are few that materialized temporarily a whole reality for you to see and be entertained.

When a rogue generates a reality not in accordance with the cosmos it is fightened with an army that does not rest (of all levels) to impide its materialization. The generators, eventually, are severely punished, often ending in permanent death or eternal unexistance.
